My needlebooks, also called needle cases, are hand sewn from new, vintage, and antique fabrics and measure roughly 3 ½” x 3 ½”. They are generously stocked with a sewing needle, threader, lengths of thread, spare buttons, and colored safety pins nesting neatly between soft cotton pages. There is also a handy pocket for other disaster aids of your choice.

A simple running stitch OR a safety pin will hold things together until proper mending can be done.

My mini mending kits take up very little space in a purse, cosmetic bag, backpack, or other tote type organizer. They can be tucked into car and truck glove compartments within easy reach for fast repairs while traveling, camping, and RV'ing.
